One address covers everything: hello@maplearcadeclub.com. It reaches the people who build the games, and we read every message. Replies come as fast as a small team can manage, which is usually a few days rather than a few minutes.
No forms, no ticket numbers — a plain message gets to us faster than either.
Reporting a bug worth fixing
Game bugs are the messages we act on quickest, and four details make them fixable:
- Which game, and what you were doing — the stake, the bet, the tile you clicked.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer.
- Whether it happens every time or just once.
A rounded multiplier, a control that will not take the keyboard, a layout that shifts mid-round: all of that is worth telling us about. So is any wording on the site that reads as though real money were involved, because it should not.
Questions about coins
Most coin questions have the same answer, so here it is up front: coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or cashed out, and they hold no monetary value. If your balance has vanished, your browser has almost certainly cleared its storage — the reset control on any game screen brings it back to 10,000.
Balances do not travel between devices or browsers. Each one keeps its own, because there is no account behind them and nothing is stored on a server.
What we cannot help with
We have no accounts to unlock, no payments to trace and no withdrawals to process, because none of those exist here. If you are looking for a real-money operator's support desk, this is not it, and we cannot pass a message on to one.
