1. What you are using

maplearcadeclub.com is a free entertainment website offering casino-style games played with virtual coins. Using the site means accepting these terms. If any part of them does not work for you, the fix is simple: do not use the site.

2. No real money, ever

Virtual coins are a scoring device with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn, and they cannot be won as prizes. No deposits, payments or gambling transactions of any kind take place on this site, and no prize of any type is offered.

Coins are granted freely, replenished by a daily top-up and resettable at will. We may change starting balances, top-up behaviour or payout tables as the games are developed. Because coins have no value, no compensation arises from any such change or from any loss of a balance.

3. Age requirement

The site is intended for adults. You must be at least 19 years old, or at least 18 years old if you are in Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec. By using the site you confirm that you meet the requirement that applies where you live.

4. Not a gambling operator

We are not a gambling operator, a gambling affiliate or a payment service, and we hold no gaming licence. Social casino games are not gambling, and nothing on this site is licensed, approved, endorsed or overseen by AGCO, iGaming Ontario, BCLC, AGLC, Loto-Québec or any other authority. Nothing here is a recommendation to gamble with money.

5. What you may do

7. Your saved progress

Balances and play history live in your browser's local storage, not on a server. Clearing site data, switching browsers, using a private window or a browser update can all remove them. We cannot restore a balance and there is nothing to restore it from.

8. The site as it is

The site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that every game will be free of defects, or that it will work identically in every browser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using or being unable to use the site. Since no money can be staked, deposited or won here, no financial loss can arise from play.

We link to gambling support organisations for information only. We do not control their content and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to them. We publish no affiliate links and no links to real-money gambling operators anywhere on this site.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date below. Continuing to use the site after an update means accepting the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
